"What forms of payment do you accept?"
I gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments through Paypal!
"What are your plugs made out of?"
I use 316L surgical steel tunnels/saddles (unless you contact me and need something else, I will try my best to accommodate!). Many of the styles are filled with an epoxy resin. (Image, glitter, flake etc)
Most of the fancy/unique styles are made from earrings or buttons, so if you have allergies to metals or acrylics please keep that in mind. I generally use single flare when making these, but if you need/want double flare just ask, it's totally do-able, but will add a bit of extra time onto your order! Please note that I am not liable for any injury/reaction caused by wearing my products, you should know what your body may/may not be able to wear, and please keep that in mind before ordering!
"How do I care for my plugs?"
Check out the "care for your plugs" section for a more detailed description, but in short, do not shower/swim in your new plugs to keep them in their best shape.
"What sizes do you carry?"
Most of my designs are available in sizes 2g through 2" (unless otherwise noted). I can special order in sizes up to 4" for custom plugs, just contact me if you're interested in more information! Please make sure you order your plugs in the correct size, there are no returns or exchanges allowed if you ordered the incorrect size.
"Can I use your plugs for stretching?"
My plugs are only to be worn in fully healed ears, not used for stretching purposes.
"How do I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is made it cannot be changed or cancelled (I do allow a small grace period of a few hours for an order change or cancellation, but after that, there will be no exceptions). I start on/order in materials right when an order is placed as each pair is handmade to order. Please make sure you are ordering the correct size and design before finalizing your order, I cannot cancel an order because you purchased the incorrect size. Please note that a discount code cannot be applied after placing an order.
"How do I exchange the plugs I purchased?"
Since each pair is made to order I don't allow any returns or exchanges unless an item arrives incorrect or damaged. Please triple check you're ordering the correct size/product before completing checkout.
"Are there any limits to my design?"
I will try and not limit you to any certain design criteria, just keep in mind the smaller your size, the harder it is to fit detailed images into them! Please note that with some of the fancier styles, the front of the plugs size may vary depending on the size you order. So a 2g and a 1" pair in the same design will not be made with same size materials, same design will be used just varying in size.
"How do I order?"
If you're looking to order a custom pair of plugs, it's simple! Just order the "Your Custom Design" product and after ordering contact me at email@example.com with your custom image you'd like used! Please note once an order is made it cannot be changed or cancelled so please double check everything before you order! I also cannot apply a coupon code after an order has been placed
"I saw some plugs made by you, but I don't see them listed in your store"
If the product you're looking for is a plug with an image inside, just order the custom design product like I described above! If it's another type of plug (a fancy or unique style) just contact me and I can let you know if I still have that style or design available!
"Are your prices per pair, or per plug?"
All prices in my webstore are per pair!
"How long will it take you to make my plugs?"
It generally takes me AT LEAST 14 business days to make a pair of plugs, sometimes faster, sometimes it will take longer depending on the multitude of orders I may have, but I will always have your order shipped as soon as I can! Please note this time frame doesn't include special order items (if an item is special order it will be noted in the description). Some custom orders will also take a bit longer to be made, if you're curious about how long your order will take feel free to ask before placing your order.
"Where is my order?"
In general all of my plugs are made to order (and all 100% made by me, Emma!) so it does generally take me AT LEAST 14 business days to make a pair of plugs before it will ship out. Please note at some points I do receive a large volume of orders and it can set my production time back, so the time frames listed are just estimates. If you're needing a pair by a certain specific date please let me know when ordering. US orders generally arrive 2-4 weeks after your order date, and will be a bit longer for international orders!
"How long does shipping take?"
If you're in the US, your order should generally arrive 2-4 weeks after your order date. It generally takes me at least 14 business days or so to get them made and shipped and it can be around 4-11 business days for them to get to you after they are shipped. International customers, normally orders arrive 2-3 weeks after their ship date, but it can take anywhere up to two months to arrive after their ship date because the packages can be held at customs. Any import taxes due are the responsibility of the buyer as well.
"What if I have problem with my plugs?"
If there is something wrong with your plugs when they arrive (broken/scratched/damaged) please contact me as soon as possible and I can get a new pair out to you! I regret to inform you that I do not offer refunds on orders. I can and will make a new pair for your if your order received was damaged or you received the wrong order but please double check and make sure you order the correct size before you checkout!
Although I try my best to always get rid of any bubbles, tiny micro-bubbles can occur because they are hand made items.
If something happens to your plugs (break/damage of any kind) and you contact me anytime after 2 months from your original order date, it will be considered mishandling of the product and I will not be able to offer any kind of replacement, so please follow the care instructions listed in the webstore.
"How do I get a refund for my order?"
I do not offer refunds on orders unless you order a pair I cannot remake and it arrives damaged. If your order doesn't arrive or arrives damaged I will happily re-send out that order to you assuring it arrives to you and that you're satisfied with your order.
